I have patronized this place for the last 30 or so years and have never been disappointed. The food is good, the portions are generous, and the price is reasonable. Check out the specials as well.

The go to place for pub food and casual gathering in Quesnel. This is the local bar, among about 5 bars total in town. come as you are, not fancy or fussy, you'll find local manager/owners at one table and wage dudes at the next. Food is standard pub fare, good specials and fried stuff with a long standing and consistent menu. Burger patty can be a bit on the generic side, chicken fingers seem to be made I'm house and quite great. Open late, always a couple local beers and the standard big brews on tap. There's a pool table. Dancing/music late nights on the weekend.
Went to the pub for lunch. Food was tasty and servers was nice and attentive. Burgers were huge and messy ( in a good way). The decor is dark and dated but not very unpleasant, its a pub after all.
